We've streamlined the process to be as simple as possible, so you barely need to leave your home:

Step 1: Send Us Photos
Take photos of the wine you want to sell with your phone – front label, capsule, and shoulder level – then send them to us on WhatsApp. We usually provide an initial quote within minutes.

Step 2: Schedule an Appointment
If you're happy with the price, we'll schedule a time. You can bring the wine to our shop, or we can arrange to pick it up from you. Transportation includes anti-shock packaging and temperature control throughout.

Step 3: On-the-Spot Verification and Payment
After our appraiser verifies the authenticity and condition on the spot, and both parties agree on the price, you'll receive immediate payment in cash or via bank transfer. The entire process is kept strictly confidential.

Four Key Factors Influencing the Reclamation Price of Aged Wines

The reclamation price of fine wines is not fixed; the condition of preservation can make a significant difference. The following four points are what appraisers value most:

Fill Level – Over time, wine slowly evaporates through the cork. For old wines, if the fill level remains at the neck, the reclamation price will be significantly higher than if it has dropped to the shoulder.

Label Condition – A little mold can sometimes indicate long-term storage in a high-humidity cellar (not necessarily a bad thing), but if the label is severely torn or stained to the point of illegibility, it will affect the resale value.

Capsule and Cork Condition – The capsule should show no signs of rotation or tampering. If the cork is noticeably protruding (possibly due to expansion from high temperatures) or recessed, it indicates compromised sealing, and the wine may have oxidized.

Original Wooden Case (OWC) – Wines with their original wooden cases have significantly higher collector value than loose bottles, naturally fetching a better price.
