Service covers all 18 Hong Kong districts and Macau; single bottles are considered, original cases may command more, and eligible transactions may be settled in cash on the same day when scheduling, inspection and final agreement allow.

The Four-Step Buyback Process
① Send Photographs for Valuation
Send front-label, bottle-side and neck-label photographs by WhatsApp, together with the original case if present. A Dibao Wine specialist will review the information and provide an initial indication. The photographic review currently carries no separate fee for eligible enquiries; confirm any visit or collection terms before proceeding.
② Confirm the Buyback Price
Once both parties confirm the price, choose a collection time. Dibao Wine can arrange a specialist visit on the same day or the following day, subject to scheduling.
③ On-Site Inspection
A specialist visits your premises and inspects each bottle, checking the wine, cork and label condition. Questions are addressed during the inspection. Any service fees, deductions or other terms are explained and agreed before the transaction; confirm the applicable terms when booking.
④ Settlement After Inspection
After inspection and agreement on the final price, payment may be made in cash or by bank transfer (FPS). Any required records are confirmed for the individual transaction.

A: Our buyback scope covers unopened fine estate wines. If you are unsure, send photographs for an initial enquiry.
Q: Can you consider a bottle with slight label damage?
A: It depends on the wine and the extent of the damage. Light wear does not necessarily rule out a buyback; send photographs for assessment.
Q: Will you visit for just one bottle?
A: Yes. A single bottle may be considered. An on-site inspection is available only when the wine, location, photographs, scheduling and agreed terms support a visit.
